For more than two decades, I've worked in complex retail, healthcare, and manufacturing organizations, helping build the technology that powers their supply chains. One of my observations during that time was despite enormous investments in enterprise technology, critical business decisions still happened in offline in meetings, emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected conversations.
The data existed. The intelligence existed. People often knew what needed to happen. But connecting those dots and turning decisions into coordinated action remained painfully difficult.
Financial capital stayed trapped in inventory buffers and operational inefficiencies. Talented teams spent their time reconciling information instead of improving business outcomes.
I came to believe that simply adding another layer of intelligence on top of fragmented systems wouldn't solve the problem.
We needed to embed intelligence into the workflows where decisions are made and executed, not just create another technology wrapper around the same complexity.
That conviction became the foundation for ManoloAI.

Sripriya is the Founder and CEO of ManoloAI, bringing more than two decades of enterprise technology leadership and 17+ years of experience in supply chain systems.She has led global engineering and technology organizations, including at Blue Yonder and Manhattan Associates, building platforms that support complex enterprise operations. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Tecsys, bringing deep experience in enterprise software, supply chain technology, and business transformation.
