Head of Product / General Manager – Enterprise AI
Location: Bengaluru, India
Employment Type: Full-time | Leadership
Build a Product. Shape a Business. Define What's Next.
Some product leadership roles are about managing what already exists. This one is about helping create what comes next.
At ManoloAI, we're looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Product / General Manager who wants to build an AI-native enterprise product, shape its market, and take ownership of its success.
You'll work directly with our founders, engineers, customers, and industry advisors to turn a bold vision into a product that enterprises depend on.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves building products but also thinks like a business owner—someone who can connect customer problems, technology possibilities, product strategy, and commercial outcomes.
If you've ever wanted to build a business within a growing technology company, this could be your opportunity.
About ManoloAI
ManoloAI is building the autonomous execution layer for enterprise supply chains.
Our mission is to help organizations transform data into intelligence, intelligence into decisions, and decisions into real-world outcomes.
Through our AI-native platform, Ariel, and our Forward Deployed Engineering teams, we help enterprises connect fragmented systems, make better decisions, and automate complex workflows across procurement, planning, and logistics.
We're building technology that goes beyond dashboards and recommendations to help enterprises coordinate and execute decisions across the systems they already use.
We're a growing team of engineers, product thinkers, and supply chain technology veterans who believe the next generation of enterprise software will be intelligent, connected, and increasingly autonomous.
The Opportunity
As Head of Product / General Manager, you'll help lead the evolution of Ariel from an emerging AI-native platform into a scalable enterprise product business.
You'll own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities while working closely with our founders on market positioning, customer adoption, and commercial growth.
You'll spend time with customers understanding how their businesses operate, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and translate those insights into products that solve real problems.
You'll work with engineering teams to make difficult trade-offs, bring new capabilities to market, and build a product organization that balances speed, quality, and long-term architecture.
And you'll think beyond shipping features—to adoption, differentiation, revenue, customer success, and the overall health of the product business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You'll Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and evolve Ariel's product strategy, positioning, and long-term roadmap.
Identify high-value opportunities across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and connected supply chain workflows.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.
Make thoughtful build, buy, partner, and prioritization decisions.
Customer Discovery & Product-Market Fit
Engage directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and industry experts.
Understand operational challenges, decision workflows, and unmet needs.
Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and differentiated capabilities.
Validate product hypotheses through pilots, deployments, and measurable customer outcomes.
Product Development & Execution
Partner closely with engineering, AI, design, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
Own product requirements, roadmap priorities, release planning, and delivery outcomes.
Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability.
Establish effective product development practices without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Ensure the product is reliable, usable, secure, and ready for enterprise adoption.
Commercial Growth & Business Ownership
Work with founders and sales leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
Support strategic customer conversations, product demonstrations, and enterprise sales cycles.
Develop a clear understanding of product economics, adoption, retention, and revenue drivers.
Identify opportunities to turn customer-specific solutions into repeatable product capabilities.
Help establish the metrics and operating discipline needed to scale the product business.
Team & Leadership
Build and develop a strong product organization as the company grows.
Create clarity around priorities, ownership, and outcomes.
Foster close collaboration across engineering, sales, customer delivery, and leadership.
Encourage curiosity, accountability, thoughtful debate, and fast learning.
Lead through influence, sound judgment, and a willingness to get into the details.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced product leader who combines strong product instincts with technical fluency and commercial judgment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
10+ years of experience in enterprise software, including significant product management or product leadership experience.
Experience taking B2B software products from concept through launch, adoption, and growth.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex platforms, integrations, data, or AI-driven applications.
The ability to engage confidently with enterprise executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
A track record of making difficult prioritization decisions and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing product talent.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in one or more of these areas would be particularly valuable:
Procurement, supply chain, ERP, planning, logistics, or enterprise workflow software.
AI-native products, intelligent agents, enterprise automation, or data platforms.
Building products in early-stage or high-growth technology companies.
Product pricing, packaging, enterprise sales, or business-unit leadership.
Scaling products from early customer validation to repeatable commercial adoption.
You don't need to have worked in every area. We're looking for someone with the judgment, curiosity, and leadership ability to learn quickly and build something exceptional.
Who Thrives at ManoloAI
You'll feel at home here if you:
Think like an entrepreneur and take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables.
Love spending time with customers and understanding the problems behind their requests.
Can move comfortably between long-term strategy and hands-on execution.
Are willing to challenge assumptions, including your own.
Know when to move quickly and when to slow down to get an important decision right.
Enjoy working with strong engineers and translating complex technology into customer value.
Care about building a great business as much as building a great product.
Bring confidence without ego, curiosity without hesitation, and ambition grounded in execution.
We value curiosity, ownership, customer empathy, humble swagger, and resourcefulness.
Why Join ManoloAI?
Help define a new category. Play a central role in building an autonomous execution platform for enterprise supply chains.
Own more than a roadmap. Influence product strategy, customer adoption, market positioning, and commercial outcomes.
Work directly with the founders. Help shape important decisions about the product, organization, and future of the company.
Build with experienced enterprise technology professionals. Collaborate with a team that understands the complexity of enterprise systems and the opportunities emerging with AI.
Create something from the ground up. Establish product practices, develop talent, and help build a scalable product business.
Make a lasting impact. Your decisions will influence not only what we build, but how ManoloAI grows.
