The Opportunity
We're looking for a Head of Product to own the vision, strategy, and execution of ManoloAI's product portfolio.
This is not a traditional product management role. We're looking for someone who thinks like a General Manager. Someone who understands enterprise software, procurement, supply chain, and ERP, while balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, engineering realities, and long-term platform strategy.
You'll partner closely with the CEO, engineering, AI, design, and customers to define what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to market.
What You'll Do
Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap.
Translate customer problems into scalable product capabilities.
Lead product strategy across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, AI agents, and future ERP capabilities.
Prioritize investments based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality products at startup speed.
Work directly with enterprise customers to validate requirements and gather feedback.
Define product metrics and measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support product launches and customer growth.
Build and scale the product management function as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
Deep experience with ERP, procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or adjacent enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and business processes.
Experience building products from concept through commercial launch.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong analytical and customer discovery skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in Agile environments.
Bonus Experience
Experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflows.
Experience building enterprise platforms used by Fortune 1000 organizations.
Experience leading product organizations in high-growth startups.
MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.
