Our founding story

Raj and Priya’s story began three decades ago - two dreamers brought together by ambition, curiosity, and a spark of entrepreneurial spirit. Over the decades, their paths twisted through e-commerce ventures, family offices, and bold business experiments. But one truth kept pulling them back: the future belongs to those who harness the power of data and AI.

Fast forward to October 2024. Over dinner, they found themselves deep in conversation about the explosive rise of Generative AI. For the first time, they felt fully aligned with a major tech revolution, one that promised to reshape industries. But something was missing. Enterprises were captivated by the hype but stuck in the how. The potential was massive, but practical, scalable solutions were rare.

That’s when inspiration struck.

They saw a gap, and an opportunity. Custom GenAI wasn’t just a buzzword; it could become a powerful tool to automate the messiest, most manual workflows inside large organizations. Especially in supply chains, where complexity, inefficiency, and legacy systems too often hold innovation back.

So they launched ManoloAI, with a mission to help supply chain leaders transform data chaos into clarity, and GenAI dreams into real-world impact.

Forward Deployed Engineer (Austin, Texas)

You will work at the intersection of engineering, problem-solving, and client impact. You will partner closely with customers, often on-site, to deeply understand complex business challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact AI and data solutions. You will operate as trusted technical advisors and hands-on builders, driving adoption, shaping solutions, and ensuring measurable outcomes

Data Engineer (Bengaluru, India)

You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, problem-solving, and client impact, play a leading role in building and shipping AI applications for our customers.

CTO (Austin, Texas or Bengaluru, India)

As a founding engineering leader, you are the technical face of our business to prospective clients throughout the sales process. You will combine your technical chops and communication skills to advise stakeholders ranging from CTOs to operational business leaders.

IBM Watson or Google Cloud Certified Architect (Bengaluru, India)

You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, problem-solving, and client impact, play a leading role in building and shipping AI applications for our customers. Experience or certifications with IBM Watson or Google Cloud preferred.
