The Opportunity
As a Procurement Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their procurement operations, design AI powered solutions, and help shape the evolution of the ManoloAI platform.
This is a hybrid role that combines procurement expertise, product thinking, solution design, and customer engagement. You'll bridge the gap between customer challenges and engineering execution, ensuring the products we build solve real business problems.
What You'll Do
Partner with enterprise customers to understand procurement processes and business objectives.
Translate customer challenges into product requirements and AI driven workflows.
Configure and validate procurement solutions during customer implementations.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define new capabilities.
Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions, and process mapping.
Identify opportunities to automate manual procurement activities using AI agents.
Validate new product features with customers and provide continuous feedback to engineering.
Become a trusted advisor on procurement transformation and AI adoption.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or enterprise procurement technology.
Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to translate business problems into product opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
