Role Objective:
The Sales Operations Intern will help build the sales engine for an AI-driven retail supply chain platform. Support the sales team by managing Zoho CRM data, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling better sales execution through reporting and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update Zoho CRM records (leads, contacts, deals)
Clean and standardize data to ensure accuracy across the pipeline
Build and manage Zoho reports & dashboards for:
Pipeline tracking
Conversion rates
Sales performance
Assist in lead assignment rules and workflow automation in Zoho
Track inbound and outbound leads and ensure proper follow-ups
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest improvements
Work with founders/sales team to improve CRM usage discipline
Skills & Qualifications
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Basic understanding of CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
Detail-oriented
Analytical mindset - able to spot patterns in pipeline data
Good communication skills
Additonal Skills
Experience with Zoho workflows, blueprints, or automation
Familiarity with sales funnels / SaaS metrics
Basic SQL / data analysis skills
Interest in AI tools
