Role Objective:
The Sales Operations Intern will help build the sales engine for an AI-driven retail supply chain platform. Support the sales team by managing Zoho CRM data, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling better sales execution through reporting and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Zoho CRM records (leads, contacts, deals)

  • Clean and standardize data to ensure accuracy across the pipeline

  • Build and manage Zoho reports & dashboards for:

    • Pipeline tracking

    • Conversion rates

    • Sales performance

  • Assist in lead assignment rules and workflow automation in Zoho

  • Track inbound and outbound leads and ensure proper follow-ups

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest improvements

  • Work with founders/sales team to improve CRM usage discipline

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

  • Detail-oriented

  • Analytical mindset - able to spot patterns in pipeline data

  • Good communication skills

Additonal Skills

  • Experience with Zoho workflows, blueprints, or automation

  • Familiarity with sales funnels / SaaS metrics

  • Basic SQL / data analysis skills

  • Interest in AI tools

  • Sales team actually uses Zoho daily
